At the beginning of February ex volunteer Clemence came to visit us. We cooked typical French dish – crepes, a kind of pancakes but different. We spent a week with her at school playing with children.

A week later we had a team building activity with children from school’s self-government. We prepared snacks at the school and we were preparing for the Valentine’s Day event.

On the 14th we had Popiela. Nuno – another volunteer from Portugal, helped me and we were able to organize together the activities that we had in the 20 minute break.

I was with children in Tartu in science center and other day in cinema event.

During project week with teacher Zinta and her class 1 a we were building cars with recycled materials and we went in excursion to Litene.

I visited other volunteers (in Gulbene and also in Rezekne) and helped them in activities.

For me this February has been intensive, much colder and wanting to return home, but I am happy because I have had the support of all. The children have helped me in the activities – to carry them out.
